Dicyclomine + Pamabrom + Paracetamol (Acetaminophen)

Uses

Paracetamol, Pamabrom, and Dicyclomine are used in the treatment of premenstrual syndrome.

How it Works

How Paracetamol, Pamabrom, and Dicyclomine work Paracetamol, Pamabrom, and Dicyclomine is a combination of three medicines: Paracetamol, Pamabrom, and Dicyclomine. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain. Pamabrom is a diuretic that increases urine production to remove excess water from the body and relieve premenstrual symptoms such as bloating, water-weight gain, swelling, and a feeling of fullness. Dicyclomine is an anti-cholinergic that relaxes the muscles in the stomach and intestines and stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). By doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Paracetamol, Pamabrom, and Dicyclomine include nausea, dryness of the mouth, sleepiness, weakness, nervousness, blurred vision, and dark-colored urine.
