How Dicyclomine, Paracetamol, and Domperidone Work Dicyclomine, Paracetamol, and Domperidone is a combination of three medications: Dicyclomine, Paracetamol, and Domperidone. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic that relaxes the muscles in the stomach and intestines, stopping sudden muscle contractions (spasms). This action relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer) that blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain responsible for pain and fever. Domperidone is a prokinetic that acts on the brain region controlling vomiting and enhances the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to pass more easily through the digestive tract.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Dicyclomine, Paracetamol, and Domperidone include nausea, dry mouth, dizziness, blurred vision, sleepiness, weakness, allergic reactions, and nervousness.
