How Dicyclomine, Loperamide, and Lactobacillus Sporogenes Work Dicyclomine, Loperamide, and Lactobacillus Sporogenes is a combination of three medicines: Dicyclomine, Loperamide, and Lactobacillus Sporogenes. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic that works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and intestines. It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), relieving cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Loperamide is an opioid agonist that decreases intestinal contractions, making stools more solid and less frequent. Lactobacillus Sporogenes is a live microorganism that restores the balance of beneficial bacteria in the intestine, which may be disrupted due to intestinal infections.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Dicyclomine, Loperamide, and Lactobacillus Sporogenes include nausea, dryness in the mouth, constipation, bloating, dizziness, blurred vision, sleepiness, weakness, and nervousness.
