Famotidine is an H2 blocker (antacid) that reduces the amount of acid in the stomach, helping to relieve acid-related indigestion and heartburn. Mefenamic Acid works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation, such as redness and swelling. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic that relaxes the muscles in the stomach and intestines, stopping sudden muscle contractions (spasms). This action relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Famotidine, Mefenamic Acid, and Dicyclomine include nausea, diarrhea, constipation, dryness in the mouth, headache, drowsiness, weakness, muscle pain, dizziness, blurred vision, sleepiness, nervousness, and upset stomach.
