How it Works

How Dicyclomine, Paracetamol, and Simethicone work Dicyclomine, Paracetamol, and Simethicone is a combination of three medicines: Dicyclomine, Paracetamol, and Simethicone. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic that works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and intestines. It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving abdominal cramps and pain. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) that blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain. Simethicone is an antifoaming agent that disintegrates gas bubbles, allowing for the easy passage of gas.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Dicyclomine, Paracetamol, and Simethicone include nausea, dry mouth, allergic reactions, blurred vision, sleepiness, weakness, nervousness, and dizziness.
