Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic that relaxes the muscles in the stomach and intestines, preventing sudden muscle contractions (spasms). This action helps relieve cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Dextropropoxyphene is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) that decreases the perception of pain by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer) that works by inhibiting the release of certain chemical messengers responsible for causing fever and pain.
