Dextropropoxyphene + Diclofenac + Paracetamol (Acetaminophen)

Uses

Diclofenac, Paracetamol, and Dextropropoxyphene are used for pain relief.

How it Works

How Diclofenac, Paracetamol, and Dextropropoxyphene work Diclofenac, Paracetamol, and Dextropropoxyphene is a combination of three medications: Diclofenac, Paracetamol, and Dextropropoxyphene. Paracetamol acts as an analgesic (pain reliever) and an antipyretic (fever reducer). Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Together, these two work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain. Dextropropoxyphene is an opioid analgesic (a very strong pain reliever) that works by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain, thereby reducing pain perception.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Diclofenac, Paracetamol, and Dextropropoxyphene include nausea, vomiting, indigestion, stomach pain, loss of appetite, dizziness, sleepiness, and heartburn.
