It works by reducing certain substances in the body called histamines that are responsible for the allergic symptoms. It also reduces swelling inside the nose and thus decreases symptoms such as stuffy nose. This helps in easy breathing and makes you feel better.

How to use Ruptec M Tablet Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Ruptec M 10mg/10mg Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
How Ruptec M Tablet works Ruptec M 10mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Rupatadine and Montelukast, which treats sneezing and runny nose caused due to allergies. Rupatadine is an antiallergic which blocks the action a chemical messenger (histamine) responsible for runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist. It works by blocking the action of another chemical messenger (leukotriene). This reduces inflammation (swelling) in the airways and nose, and improves symptoms.

Ruptec M 10mg/10mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.
