How Sulbac Injection works Sulbac 1000mg Injection is a beta-lactamase inhibitor. It works by blocking an enzyme called beta lactamase produced by bacteria to inactivate antibiotics. When used alone, it is associated with few adverse effects, mainly pain at the injection site and diarrhea.
