Glycopyrolate and Neostigmin 0.5 mg/2.5 mg Injection is a combination of two medicines: Glycopyrrolate and Neostigmine. Neostigmine is a cholinesterase inhibitor which is used at the end of a surgery to reverse the effects of certain medicines used during surgery such as muscle relaxants and anesthetics. Glycopyrrolate is an anticholinergic which is added to prevent the unwanted effects of Neostigmine such as decreased heart rate and excess saliva production.

Alcohol

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Glycopyrolate and Neostigmin 0.5 mg/2.5 mg Injection as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Seek medical advice from your doctor: Glycopyrolate and Neostigmin 0.5 mg/2.5 mg Injection may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Liver
