Glycopyrolate and Neostigmin 0.5 mg/2.5 mg Injection is a combination medicine that is used during anesthesia while performing various medical procedures. Glycopyrolate and Neostigmin 0.5 mg/2.5 mg Injection is given by your doctor or nurse. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. Let your healthcare team know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine. The most common side effect is allergic reaction. This is temporary and usually resolves with time. Contact your doctor straight away if you are at all concerned about these side effects. It may also cause dizziness and sleepiness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. How it works

Glycopyrolate and Neostigmin 0.5 mg/2.5 mg Injection is a combination of two medicines: Glycopyrrolate and Neostigmine. Neostigmine is a cholinesterase inhibitor which is used at the end of a surgery to reverse the effects of certain medicines used during surgery such as muscle relaxants and anesthetics. Glycopyrrolate is an anticholinergic which is added to prevent the unwanted effects of Neostigmine such as decreased heart rate and excess saliva production.
