How it works
How Zopipure Tablet works Zopipure 1 Tablet belongs to a group of medicines called sedative-hypnotics. It works by slowing activity of the nerve cells in the brain and helps fall asleep.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Zopipure 1 Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Zopipure 1 Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.
Zopipure 1 Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.Baby should be monitored for excessive sleepiness.
Zopipure 1 Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.Zopipure 1 Tablet may impair alertness and motor coordination, including the risk of morning impairment this risk increases with dose and this may affect your ability to drive.
Zopipure 1 Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Zopipure 1 Tablet is recommended.
Zopipure 1 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Zopipure 1 Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.Limited information is available on the use of Zopipure 1 Tablet in these patients. No dose adjustment is recommended in patients with mild to moderate liver disease.
