Wirespo T 400mg/25mg Tablet is used to treat asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (a lung disorder in which the flow of air to the lungs is blocked). It helps in relaxing the muscles of the air passages, thus widening them and making it easier to breathe. Wirespo T 400mg/25mg Tablet is advisable to take Wirespo T 400mg/25mg Tablet at the same time each day. In case you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as you remember. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. It is important not to stop taking this medicine without talking to the doctor. Inform your doctor if you are suffering from any kidney, liver or heart disease before taking this medicine. Its use may cause nausea and headache as side effects.
