The active ingredient, Tretinoin (a form of Vitamin A), works by normalising skin cell turnover, which helps to unclog pores and promote the growth of smoother, healthier skin. This 0.025 % concentration is considered a low-to-moderate potency, often prescribed as a starting dose or for long-term maintenance therapy.

Tretiome 20mg Tablet contains Tretinoin, which is the pure, biologically active form of Vitamin A (retinoic acid) that binds directly to receptors in skin cells. This powerful action is the cornerstone of its efficacy against both acne and ageing. Avoid combining Tretiome 20mg Tablet with other topical products that can severely irritate the skin:

• Other Exfoliants: Concurrent use of strong exfoliants like Benzoyl Peroxide, Salicylic Acid, Glycolic Acid (AHAs), or sulfur products should be stopped or carefully cycled (e.g., used only in the morning) to prevent excessive dryness and peeling.

• Medicated Soaps/Cleansers: Avoid soaps and cosmetics that contain alcohol, astringents, spices, or lime, as these can be highly drying and exacerbate Tretinoin irritation.
