Pain relief / Treatment of Fever

In Pain relief Osra P Tablet is a combination of medicines used to treat aches and pains. It blocks chemical messengers in the brain that tell us we have pain. It is effective in relieving pain caused by headache, migraine, nerve pain, toothache, sore throat, period (menstrual) pains, arthritis and muscle aches. To obtain the maximum benefit, follow the prescribed instructions precisely. Do not take more or for longer than needed as that can be dangerous. In general, you should take the lowest dose that works, for the shortest possible time. In Treatment of Fever Osra P Tablet is also used to reduce a high temperature (fever). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever. It may be prescribed alone or in combination with another medicine. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor.

The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them. ['Vomiting, Diarrhea, Indigestion, Loss of appetite, Heartburn']

Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Osra P Tablet is to be taken with food.

Osra P Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Mefenamic Acid and Paracetamol. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Alcohol

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Osra P Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Seek medical advice from your doctor: Osra P Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.

Breast feeding

Safe when prescribed by an expert: Osra P Tablet is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.

Driving

Not Safe: Osra P Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

Caution Advised: Osra P Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Osra P Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Osra P Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

Liver

Caution Advised: Osra P Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Osra P Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. However, the use of Osra P Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

If a dose of Osra P Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C
