How to use Epnone T Tablet Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Epnone T 25mg/10mg Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
How Epnone T Tablet works This medicine is a combination of eplerenone and torasemide. They act on different parts of your kidney to remove extra water and certain electrolytes while maintaining the potassium balance in your body. Elimination of extra fluid leads to reduction in blood volume causing drop in elevated blood pressure. It then enables heart to pump more efficiently.
Not Safe: Consuming alcohol with Epnone T 25mg/10mg Tablet may lead to excessive drowsiness.
Epnone T 25mg/10mg Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
