It relieves allergic symptoms such as sneezing, running nose, watery eyes, itching, swelling, and congestion or stiffness. It also thins and loosens mucus, making it easier to cough out.Cetzvar AX Plus 60mg/5mg/50mg Tablet is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you discontinue treatment prematurely, there is a risk of symptom recurrence and worsening of your condition. Let your doctor know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine.The most common side effects are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, heartburn, stomach pain, dryness in mouth, headache, and rash. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time. Contact your doctor straight away if you are at all concerned about any of these side effects. Take it as prescribed by the doctor. To ease the symptoms of common cold, drink lukewarm water and gargle with warm salt water.

Alcohol
Not Safe: Consuming alcohol with Cetzvar AX Plus 60mg/5mg/50mg Tablet may lead to excessive drowsiness.
Pregnancy
Cetzvar AX Plus 60mg/5mg/50mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.
Breast feeding

Driving

If a dose of Cetzvar AX Plus 60mg/5mg/50mg Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
Cetzvar AX Plus 60mg/5mg/50mg Tablet is prescribed to get relief from cough with mucus. Drink warm water to help loosen the congestion and lubricate your throat while you are taking this medication. Take exactly as directed by your doctor or on the label. Do not increase the dosage or take for longer than is recommended. Use a proper measuring cup or spoon to measure the dosage. If you are drowsy after taking Cetzvar AX Plus 60mg/5mg/50mg Tablet, you should not drive or operate any machinery. In general, most coughs do not last more than 2 weeks. If your cough does last longer than this then it's better to see your doctor. Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers or asthma. Inform your doctor if you are taking any other medications for e.g. anti-depressants. Cetzvar AX Plus 60mg/5mg/50mg Tablet should not be given to kids.
