Caution Advised: Temprol Suspension should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Temprol Suspension may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. However, Temprol Suspension contains paracetamol which is considered the safest painkiller for children with kidney disease.

What if I forget to take it?
Remain calm. Unless your child�s doctor has provided specific instructions, administer the missed dose once recalled. If it's nearly time for the next dose, skip the missed one. Adhere to the prescribed dosing schedule and avoid administering a double dose to compensate for the missed one.
