It also gives relief from muscle and back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat. It works by reducing substances in the body that causes pain and swelling. Take it as prescribed to get the most benefit. This will help you to go about your daily activities more easily and have a better, more active, quality of life.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Volik D Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
Volik D Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Paracetamol and Dextropropoxyphene. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) as well as an antipyretic (fever reducer). Diclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID). Together, both of them work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain. Dextropropoxyphene is an opioid analgesic ( very strong pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower the pain perception.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Volik D Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Volik D Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Volik D Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby. Even small doses of Volik D Tablet can cause infant sleepiness and decreased/altered brain function.
Not Safe: Volik D Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Volik D Tablet may cause headaches, blurred vision, dizziness or drowsiness in some patients. This may affect your ability to drive.
Caution Advised: Volik D Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Volik D Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Volik D Tablet is not recommended in patients with end stage kidney disease.

If a dose of Volik D Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
