Ecsflam 50 mg/325 mg/32.5 mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Paracetamol and Dextropropoxyphene. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) as well as an antipyretic (fever reducer). Diclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID). Together, both of them work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain. Dextropropoxyphene is an opioid analgesic ( very strong pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower the pain perception.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Ecsflam 50 mg/325 mg/32.5 mg Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Caution Advised: Ecsflam 50 mg/325 mg/32.5 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Ecsflam 50 mg/325 mg/32.5 mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Ecsflam 50 mg/325 mg/32.5 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with end stage kidney disease.
Caution Advised: Ecsflam 50 mg/325 mg/32.5 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Ecsflam 50 mg/325 mg/32.5 mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.
If a dose of Ecsflam 50 mg/325 mg/32.5 mg Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
