How Vectra P Tablet works Vectra P 10mg/500mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Valdecoxib and Paracetamol. Valdecoxib is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer).
