In Bleeding Sylate-M 500 Tablet helps normal blood clotting, which reduces the bleeding during menstruation. It helps to prevent excessive loss of blood, stops bleeding and enhances the healing process. Sylate-M 500 Tablet blocks certain chemicals that causes pain and thus gives relief. This helps prevent complications of excessive bleeding such as hemorrhage. It is advisable to use the medicine as prescribed for it to be effective.

How to use

How it works
Sylate-M 500 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Ethamsylate and Mefenamic Acid. Ethamsylate is an antifibrinolytic. It works by preventing the breakdown of clots and controls excessive bleeding during menstruation (periods). Mefenamic Acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Sylate-M 500 Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. What if I forget to take it?
