In Opioid dependence Opioids are prescribed to treat pain. With prolonged use, the body may become dependent on them and cause withdrawal symptoms, which makes it difficult to stop taking them. Qudict 2 mg/0.5 mg Tablet helps prevent these cravings that lead to opioid dependence and also helps the person to refrain from taking them repeatedly.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Qudict 2 mg/0.5 mg Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
Qudict 2 mg/0.5 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: buprenorphine and naloxone which treat opioid addiction. Buprenorphine is an opioid partial agonist. It prevents withdrawal symptoms in patients who stop taking opioid drugs by producing similar effects to these drugs. Naloxone is an opioid antagonist which blocks the opioid receptors to prevent withdrawal side effects.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Qudict 2 mg/0.5 mg Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Qudict 2 mg/0.5 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Qudict 2 mg/0.5 mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Not Safe: Qudict 2 mg/0.5 mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Qudict 2 mg/0.5 mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Qudict 2 mg/0.5 mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.
Caution Advised: Qudict 2 mg/0.5 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Qudict 2 mg/0.5 mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Qudict 2 mg/0.5 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with serious liver disease.
If a dose of Qudict 2 mg/0.5 mg Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
