It is caused by thickening of walls of the arteries that supply your lungs making it hard for blood to get through. Pulmonext 10 Tablet relaxes the blood vessels and can help lower the blood pressure in the arteries of your lungs. You will be able to carry out your daily activities more easily and feel less tired or dizzy.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Pulmonext 10 Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
Pulmonext 10 Tablet is an endothelin receptor blocker. It blocks the action of endothelin (a natural substance) that causes blood vessels to narrow (constrict). This narrowing increases the pressure in the blood vessels of the lungs. Pulmonext 10 Tablet helps relax these blood vessels and increases the supply of blood to the lungs.
Consult your Doctor: Please consult your doctor regarding the safety of consuming alcohol with Pulmonext 10 Tablet . Experts have not found evidence of alcohol impairing the effectiveness of the medicine.
Not Safe: Pulmonext 10 Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Information regarding the use of Pulmonext 10 Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Doctor consultation is advised.
Caution Advised: Pulmonext 10 Tablet may cause dizziness or weakness due to low blood pressure. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Caution Advised: Pulmonext 10 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Pulmonext 10 Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Limited information is available on use of Pulmonext 10 Tablet in these patients. No dose adjustment is recommended in patients with mild to moderate kidney disease.
Caution Advised: Pulmonext 10 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Pulmonext 10 Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.
If a dose of Pulmonext 10 Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
