In Treatment of Nausea Progan 25 Tablet blocks the action of chemicals in the body that can make you feel or be sick. It is often used to prevent nausea and vomiting that may be caused due to some medicines or any other medical treatment. This medicine helps you recover more comfortably. The dose will depend on what you are being treated for but always take this medicine as it is prescribed. In Treatment of Allergic conditions Progan 25 Tablet is used to treat many different inflammatory and allergic conditions. It works by lowering your immune system?s response to these conditions and prevents the release of substances in the body that cause inflammation. It helps relieve symptoms such as swelling, pain, itching, and other allergic-type reactions. If you are not sure why you are being given this medicine, ask your doctor. This medicine is given orally (by mouth). You should always take it as it has been prescribed for you. Do not stop taking it without your doctor?s advice. This can cause unpleasant withdrawal symptoms. Because this medicine weakens your immune system, you should avoid being near people who are ill or have infections. In Treatment of Motion sickness Motion sickness is a condition caused due to motion during travel. You may experience spinning sensation (vertigo), nausea or vomiting as a result of this condition. Progan 25 Tablet helps treat these symptoms effectively. Take it as prescribed by the doctor to get maximum benefit.

How can I give Progan 25 Tablet to my child?Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Progan 25 Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
Progan 25 Tablet is an antiallergic medication. When your body is exposed to an allergen (pollen, animal dander, house dust etc.), it produces a chemical called histamine. This causes watery eyes, runny or blocked nose, sneezing, skin rashes, itching etc. Progan 25 Tablet works by blocking the action of histamine, thereby relieving these symptoms. It also works directly on several areas of the brain to prevent nausea/vomiting and help you feel more relaxed.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Progan 25 Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Progan 25 Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised. However, caution is advised in patients with severe kidney disease as it may cause excessive sleepiness in them.
Caution Advised: Progan 25 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Progan 25 Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.
If a dose of Progan 25 Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
