How Pregarix-M Tablet SR works Pregarix-MSR Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Methylcobalamin and Pregabalin. Pregabalin is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases the pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells.
