If a dose of Otolev Ear Drop is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

You have been prescribed Otolev Ear Drop for the treatment of bacterial infections of the ear. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Do not touch the tip to any surface, or to your ear, to avoid contamination. Lie with the affected ear uppermost for at least ten minutes after putting the drops to avoid the drops running out. Throw away any medicine left at the end of the course.
