This maintains bone density and reduces your risk of breaking a bone. You can also help improve the strength of your bones by doing regular exercise (especially weight-bearing exercise), eating healthy foods containing calcium and Vitamin D, and reducing your consumption of alcohol and tobacco. Supplements of calcium and Vitamin D3 are also effective.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Osteofos 70 Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.
Osteofos 70 Tablet is a bisphosphonate. It works by suppressing the activity of osteoclasts, cells that cause destruction of bone. This strengthens the bones and minimizes the risk of fractures.
Safe: No harmful side effects are associated with consuming alcohol alongside Osteofos 70 Tablet

Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Osteofos 70 Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby. If you are taking Osteofos 70 Tablet during breastfeeding, monitor baby's blood calcium levels during the first two months.
Not Safe: Osteofos 70 Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Osteofos 70 Tablet is not expected to have any effects but in rare cases, it may cause dizziness, severe muscle, joint and bone pain and eye pain or inflammation. This may affect your ability to drive.
Caution Advised: Osteofos 70 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Osteofos 70 Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Dose adjustment is not recommended in patients with mild to moderate kidney disease.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Osteofos 70 Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Osteofos 70 Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.
If you forget a dose of Osteofos 70 Tablet , simply continue with your regular schedule and do not take a double dose.
