It takes 6 to 12 hours to work and you may need several doses, but you should not take it every day for more than 5 days. This is a short-term treatment and should only be used when needed. It relieves the pain and discomfort caused due to constipation and improves your quality of life. Eat more high-fiber foods including fruit and vegetables and drink plenty of water to prevent constipation from happening.

Use of Iglax Tablet is generally not advised if there is associated vomiting as the loss of body water can be harmful to kidney function.

Liver

Seek medical advice from your doctor: There is limited information available on the use of Iglax Tablet in patients with liver disease. Doctor consultation is advised.

If you forget a dose of Iglax Tablet , simply continue with your regular schedule and do not take a double dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Together with Iglax Tablet, taking a fiber-rich diet containing whole grain bread and cereals, bran, fruits and green leafy vegetables, is essential to maintain healthy bowel function. Avoid taking a Iglax Tablet for more than 1 week, unless prescribed by the doctor, as it leads to dependency on the laxative action to produce a bowel movement.� Take Iglax Tablet after 2 hours from other medicines, as it may interfere with the absorption of other medicines. Iglax Tablet should be preferably taken at bedtime because it requires 6 to 8 hours to show impact.
