It also helps manage toothache, or pain in the ear and throat. It works by blocking the action of certain chemicals that causes pain and swelling. Pantoprazole, an active constituent present in Dufex 75 mg/20 mg Capsule prevents acidity that may occur due to the painkiller.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.

Dufex 75 mg/20 mg Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Diclofenac and Pantoprazole which relieve pain. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling). Pantoprazole is a proton-pump inhibitor which prevents damage to the stomach lining caused by Diclofenac.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Dufex 75 mg/20 mg Capsule as it is deemed unsafe.
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Dufex 75 mg/20 mg Capsule is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.
