In Treatment of Muscular pain Diclo PM Tablet treats muscle pain by relaxing stiff muscles. It also reduces pain and swelling in the muscles. Altogether, it helps in easy movement and reduces discomfort. Once you see some improvement, you can start doing therapy exercises (such as walking or breathing exercises) that will help you get your strength back more quickly. Diclo PM Tablet might also reduce fever associated with muscle pain. It is advisable to continue taking Diclo PM Tablet until your doctor advises you to stop.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Diclo PM Tablet is to be taken with food.
Diclo PM Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Paracetamol, Diclofenac, and Methocarbamol. Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer) and Diclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause fever and pain respectively. Methocarbamol is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles.

If a dose of Diclo PM Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
