How Bec N Cream works Bec N Cream is a combination of two medicines: Beclometasone and Neomycin. Beclometasone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Neomycin is an antibiotic.
