For peptic ulcers, it is generally given in combination with other medicines for around 10-14 days. Keep giving Almox 125mg Dry Syrup to your child as prescribed for it to be effective, even if the symptoms seem to disappear. In Treatment of Bacterial infections Almox 125mg Dry Syrup is a versatile antibiotic medicine which can be used to treat many different infections caused by bacteria. These include infections of the blood, brain, lungs, bones, joints, urinary tract, stomach and intestines. It can also be used to treat gum ulcers and other dental infections (abscesses), leg ulcers and pressure sores. It works by stopping the growth of the bacteria causing the infection. This medicine usually makes you feel better quite quickly. However, you should continue taking it as long as it is prescribed even when you feel better, to make sure that all bacteria are killed and do not become resistant. This medicine is generally safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding, but you should ask your doctor.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Almox Dry Syp 125mg 30ml is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Almox Dry Syp 125mg 30ml is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.
UNSAFE - Almox Dry Syp 125mg 30ml may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Almox Dry Syp 125mg 30ml can have side effects and the symptoms (such as allergic reactions, dizziness and convulsions) may make you unfit to drive.
Caution Advised: Almox 125mg Dry Syrup should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Almox 125mg Dry Syrup may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Almox 125mg Dry Syrup is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Almox 125mg Dry Syrup is recommended.
If a dose of Almox Dry Syp 125mg 30ml is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
