In Treatment of Erectile dysfunction90E 50mg Tablet belongs to a group of medicines called PDE5 inhibitors. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in your penis. This allows blood to flow into the penis and produce an erection when sexually aroused. This medicine will only help get an erection if you are sexually stimulated. It is very effective but needs to be taken at least 30 minutes before sexual activity.Do not take this medicine if you also take medicines called nitrates (often given for chest pain).

How to use 90E Tablet Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. 90E 50mg Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
How 90E Tablet works90E 50mg Tablet is a phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in your penis, thereby increasing blood flow into the penis on sexual stimulation. This helps you achieve and maintain a hard, erect penis suitable for sexual activity.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with 90E 50mg Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

90E 50mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of 90E 50mg Tablet is recommended.However, inform your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease. A lowering of dose may be considered if it is not well-tolerated.
90E 50mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of 90E 50mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.There is limited information available on the use of 90E 50mg Tablet in patients with severe liver disease.
If a dose of 90E 50mg Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
