In Pain relief Parafast 125mg Syp 60ml is a common painkiller for treating aches and pains. It is widely used and rarely causes any side effects if taken properly. In Treatment of Fever Parafast 125mg Syp 60ml is also used to reduce a high temperature (fever). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever. How to use Parafast Syrup Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Parafast 125mg Syrup is to be taken with food.
Parafast Syp 125 mg 60ml possesses analgesic (pain-reliever) and antipyretic (lowers body temperature) properties. It provides relief by blocking certain chemical messengers and pathways in the brain that send signals about pain and fever.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Parafast Syp 125 mg 60ml as it is deemed unsafe.
Parafast 125mg Syrup is safe to use during pregnancy. Most studies have shown low or no risk to the developing baby.
Parafast 125mg Syrup is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.
Parafast 125mg Syrup does not usually affect your ability to drive.
Caution Advised: Parafast Syp 125 mg 60ml should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Parafast Syp 125 mg 60ml may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. However, Parafast Syp 125 mg 60ml contains paracetamol which is considered the safest painkiller for children with kidney disease.
Caution Advised: Parafast Syp 125 mg 60ml should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Parafast Syp 125 mg 60ml may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. However, the use of Parafast Syp 125 mg 60ml is not recommended in children with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
Remain calm. Unless your child�s doctor has provided specific instructions, administer the missed dose once recalled. If it's nearly time for the next dose, skip the missed one. Adhere to the prescribed dosing schedule and avoid administering a double dose to compensate for the missed one.
