How it works
Uritop Suspension is an antibiotic. It works by killing the bacteria in the urine that causes infection.
Unsafe: It is unsafe to consume alcohol while taking Uritop Suspension , as it may lead to symptoms such as flushing, increased heart rate, nausea, thirst, chest pain, and low blood pressure, known as a Disulfiram reaction.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Uritop Suspension is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Caution Advised: Uritop Suspension should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.
Not Safe: Uritop Suspension may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Caution Advised: Uritop Suspension should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Uritop Suspension may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Uritop Suspension is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease, who are unable to pass urine or have high creatinine levels.

What if I forget to take it?
If a dose of Uritop Suspension is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
