Reactin Plus Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Diclofenac and Paracetamol. These medicines work by blocking the action of chemical messengers responsible for pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling).
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Reactin Plus tab 10's (W) as it is deemed unsafe.
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Reactin Plus Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Reactin Plus Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
Not Safe: Reactin Plus Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Reactin Plus Tablet may cause headaches, blurred vision, dizziness or drowsiness in some patients. This may affect your ability to drive.
Caution Advised: Reactin Plus Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Reactin Plus Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.

However, the use of Reactin Plus Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
What if I forget to take it?
If a dose of Reactin Plus tab 10's (W) is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
