How Palonoget Injection works Palonoget 0.25mg Injection is an antiemetic medication. It works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger (serotonin) in the brain that may cause nausea and vomiting during anti-cancer treatment (chemotherapy) or after surgery.
Consult your Doctor: Please consult your doctor regarding the safety of consuming alcohol with Palonoget 0.25mg Injection . Experts have not found evidence of alcohol impairing the effectiveness of the medicine.
Palonoget 0.25mg Injection is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Palonoget 0.25mg Injection is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
Palonoget 0.25mg Injection may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Palonoget 0.25mg Injection is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Palonoget 0.25mg Injection is recommended.
Palonoget 0.25mg Injection is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Palonoget 0.25mg Injection is recommended.
If a dose of Palonoget 0.25mg Injection is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
