How Metvo Tablet works Metvo 10mg Tablet is a prokinetic. It works on the region in the brain that controls vomiting. It also acts on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Metvo 10mg Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Metvo 10mg Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Metvo 10mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Metvo 10mg Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.Metvo 10mg Tablet may cause drowsiness, dizziness, dyskinesia and dystonias which could affect the vision and may interfere with the ability to drive.
Metvo 10mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Metvo 10mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.

What if I forget to take it?
If a dose of Metvo 10mg Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
