In Anesthesia Lignotross Injection is a local anesthetic that stops pain by producing a feeling of numbness at the site of injection. It works quite quickly and will reduce discomfort caused by surgical or diagnostic procedures. It also does not cause swelling at the site of injection. Lignotross Injection is given by doctor or nurse in a clinic or hospital.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.

Lignotross Injection is a combination of five medicines: Lidocaine, Adrenaline, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Metabisulphite and Methylparaben. Lidocaine is a local anesthetic which works by blocking pain signals from the nerves to brain which decreases the pain sensation. Adrenaline is a vasoconstrictor which narrows the blood vessels to prolong the action of Lidocaine. This also controls bleeding during the procedure and minimizes side effects of Lidocaine. Sodium Chloride is a purified salt solution which helps prevent edema (swelling) and discomfort on injection. Sodium Metabisulphite and Methylparaben are preservatives.
