Life Pill 3A Capsule XR is a combination of three medicines: Atorvastatin, ramipril and metoprolol which treat high blood pressure associated with high cholesterol levels. Atorvastatin is a lipid-lowering medicine which works by blocking an enzyme (HMG-Co A-reductase) that is required to make cholesterol. It thus lowers "bad" cholesterol (LDL), triglycerides and raises "good" cholesterol (HDL).
