How Dyrade M Tablet works Dyrade M DS 400 mg/500 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Metronidazole and Diloxanide. Metronidazole is an antibiotic. It kills the bacteria and other microorganisms that cause infections by damaging the DNA. Diloxanide is an amoebicide. It works inside the large intestine to kill the infection causing amoeba (parasites). Together, they treat your infection effectively.

Alcohol

Unsafe: It is unsafe to consume alcohol while taking Dyrade M DS 400 mg/500 mg Tablet , as it may lead to symptoms such as flushing, increased heart rate, nausea, thirst, chest pain, and low blood pressure, known as a Disulfiram reaction.

Pregnancy

Dyrade M DS 400 mg/500 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby.
