How it works
Dutypan O 40mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Pantoprazole and Ondansetron. Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn. Ondansetron is an antiemetic (anti-nausea medicine). It inhibits the action of serotonin, a chemical messenger that can trigger nausea and vomiting.
Caution: It is important to consult your doctor regarding alcohol consumption while taking Dutypan O 40mg/10mg Tablet .
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Dutypan O 40mg/10mg Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
