It slows the natural movements of the gut and relaxes the muscles in the stomach and intestines. By doing this, it relieves stomach cramps, pain, bloating and discomfort. DK Fam 50 mg/20 mg Tablet also reduces acidity and gives relief from heartburn. Take this medicine before meals and at bedtime or as directed by your doctor.
