Zerograin-Plus Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Domperidone, Flunarizine and Paracetamol which prevent migraine accompanied by nausea/vomiting. Flunarizine is a calcium channel blocker which works by preventing the narrowing of blood vessels in the head thereby preventing migraine headache.
