In Migraine Migracare 10mg/5mg/500mg Tablet is a combination of medicines that treat and prevent migraine headaches. It changes the electrical activity in the brain, blocks chemicals responsible for pain sensation and also blocks signals that cause nausea/vomiting associated with migraines. By preventing and reducing the frequency of migraine headaches, it can help you carry out your daily activities and have a better quality of life.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.

Migracare 10mg/5mg/500mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Domperidone, Flunarizine and Paracetamol which prevent migraine accompanied by nausea/vomiting. Domperidone is an antiemetic and prokinetic which blocks the action of a dopamine (a chemical messenger) in the brain which causes nausea and vomiting. Flunarizine is a calcium channel blocker which works by preventing the narrowing of blood vessels in the head thereby preventing migraine headache. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Migracare 10mg/5mg/500mg Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.

Not Safe: Migracare 10mg/5mg/500mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Migracare 10mg/5mg/500mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Migracare 10mg/5mg/500mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.
Caution Advised: Migracare 10mg/5mg/500mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Migracare 10mg/5mg/500mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. However, the use of Migracare 10mg/5mg/500mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
If a dose of Migracare 10mg/5mg/500mg Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
