Alcohol

Pregnancy

Breast feeding

Driving

Sotalar 80mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

Sotalar 80mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Sotalar 80mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.Use of Sotalar 80mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with serious kidney disease.

Liver

Sotalar 80mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Sotalar 80mg Tablet is recommended.

If a dose of Sotalar 80mg Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Your doctor may get regular blood tests done to monitor sodium and potassium level, blood sugar level, kidney function, and lung function while you are taking this medicine. Notify your doctor if you have any heart or kidney problem. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding.
