It also gives relief from muscle and back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat. It works by reducing substances in the body that causes pain and swelling. Take it as prescribed to get the most benefit. This will help you to go about your daily activities more easily and have a better, more active, quality of life.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Roff Plus 25 mg/500 mg Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
Roff Plus 25 mg/500 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Rofecoxib and Paracetamol. Rofecoxib is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Roff Plus 25 mg/500 mg Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Caution Advised: Roff Plus 25 mg/500 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Roff Plus 25 mg/500 mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. However, Roff Plus 25 mg/500 mg Tablet contains paracetamol which is considered the safest painkiller for kidney disease patients.
Caution Advised: Roff Plus 25 mg/500 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Roff Plus 25 mg/500 mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. However, the use of Roff Plus 25 mg/500 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
If a dose of Roff Plus 25 mg/500 mg Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
