In Neuropathic pain Pregabanyl-ET Tablet PR is a combination of medicines used to treat long-lasting (chronic) pain caused by nerve damage due to diabetes, shingles or spinal cord injury. It reduces pain and its associated symptoms such as mood changes, sleep problems, and tiredness. Pregabalin, an active ingredient of this medicine, is thought to work by interfering with pain signals that travel through the damaged nerves and the brain. It also improves nerve conduction and enhances the quality of life.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
Use it as advised by your doctor or check the label for directions before use. Pregabanyl-ET Tablet PR can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
Pregabanyl-ET Tablet PR is a combination of two medicines: Pregabalin and Etoricoxib. Pregabalin is an antiepileptic medication and belives to block pain by interfering with pain signals traveling through the damaged nerves and the brain. Etoricoxib is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) called COX-2 inhibitors. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that are responsible for pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
