Caution Advised: Palip XR 3 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Palip XR 3 Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Palip XR 3 Tablet is not recommended in patients with end-stage kidney disease.
