How Espin TM Tablet works Espin TM Tablet is a combination of two medicines: S-Amlodipine and Telmisartan which lower blood pressure effectively. S-Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB) and Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). They work by relaxing the blood vessels and making the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Espin TM Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Espin TM Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.
Espin TM Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
Espin TM Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.
Espin TM Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Espin TM Tablet is recommended.However, inform your doctor if you have an underlying kidney disease. Regular monitoring of blood pressure, creatinine, and potassium levels may be advised while you are taking this medicine.
Espin TM Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Espin TM Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.Use of Espin TM Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
If a dose of Espin TM Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
